Help Real Estate Business Owners Gain Financial Clarity
We are hiring a full-time, fully remote Client Accounting Team Lead to support and guide a team of professional bookkeepers while serving as a trusted financial partner to our real estate business owner clients.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys:

You’ll combine bookkeeping expertise, leadership, and client communication to help entrepreneurs better understand the economics of their business and reduce financial uncertainty as they grow.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and support a remote bookkeeping team.
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines, communication standards, and deliverables.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new bookkeepers
- Conduct regular virtual team meetings and ongoing coaching conversations.
- Help improve internal systems, processes, and communication workflows.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead virtual meetings with business owners, team members, and CPAs.
- Respond proactively and professionally to client questions and concerns.
- Help clients better understand their financial reports and business performance.
- Build trusted relationships through consistency, communication, and follow-through.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee onboarding for new clients using our proven systems.
- Ensure bookkeeping deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
- Document client action items and important updates.
- Communicate financial changes and client needs to the bookkeeping team.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all client accounts.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be based in the United States.
- Extensive bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing deadlines, priorities, and client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Available Monday–Friday during Central Time business hours.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with real estate agents, teams, or brokerages.
- Experience leading or managing bookkeeping/accounting staff.
- Experience in a client-facing accounting or advisory role.
Technical Requirements:
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. Team members are expected to provide:

Hiring Process:
Candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be asked to submit a brief video introduction. Because this is a highly client-facing role, strong virtual communication skills are an important part of the evaluation process.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000-$80,000 annual salary
- 10 paid holidays.
